Eagle Pass Police Department patrol units responded to the 200 block of Madison Street in reference to an unresponsive adult male on Saturday, April 8 at 8:00 p.m.
EMS also arrived on the scene and informed investigating officers that the male was deceased. A local Justice of the Peace was summoned to the scene, and at 8:45 p.m. pronounced the 47-year-old male deceased. An autopsy has been ordered as this case remains under investigation by the Eagle Pass Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
