A motor vehicle accident occurred in Loma Bonita at the corner of Zaragoza Street and Peach Street when the driver of a green 1996 Chevy S-10 Blazer lost control of his vehicle a little after midnight on Tuesday.
Victor Raul Garcia told that Maverick County deputies his brakes went out while driving, causing him to crash into two parked vehicles: a silver 2001 Hyundai Elantra and a blue 2008 Dodge Durango.
The Hyundai Elantra was severely destroyed, while the Dodge did not appear to be damaged.
No one was injured in the accident.
